Göreme Panorama: Your first stop on the Green Tour Kapadokya is the world-famous Göreme Panorama. Visitors are captivated by the breathtaking splendor of the granite formations at Göreme. Aside from the unique view of the Fairy Chimneys, it's a great place to see the colorful hot air balloons that are part of the Hot Air Balloon Tour. Climbing a slope will take you to the Göreme Panorama, which is approximately 15 minutes from the center.
Pigeon Valley: Integrated with the pigeon story, which gives the valley its name and adds a fascinating historical touch, Pigeon Valley is a must-see for those who want to experience the traces of the past against a stunning setting. Pigeon Valley, measuring 4,100 meters in length, is located between Uçhisar and Göreme. It provides a lovely location in which to photograph pigeon homes and evil eye beads.
Ihlara Valley: Ihlara Valley enchants visitors with its historical significance and natural beauty. It is the greatest canyon in Cappadocia, located inside the confines of Aksaray province, and was produced as a result of the eruptions of Mount Hasan and Mount Erciyes. It provides a fantastic hiking experience of roughly 6 kilometers throughout the valley. In addition, you may walk the entire Ihlara Valley in around 5 hours.
Lunch in Belisirma: By joining the Green Tour Kapadokya, you can visit Belisrma Village, which attracts a large number of tourists every year, particularly during hot air balloon tours. It's a terrific place to unwind, rest among the greenery, listen to the sound of flowing water, and savor delectable delicacies. You'll have your lunch in miniature dwellings that look like benches built on the riverbed.
Selime Monastery: Located at the far end of Ihlara Valley, Selime draws tens of thousands of visitors each year. Selime Monastery, with its natural beauty bearing witness to history, is one of the key locations in Cappadocia included in the Green Tour Kapadokya. It is Cappadocia's largest monastery and is located in Selime, which is part of the Güzelyurt district in Aksaray province. The cathedral is two-story and served as Cappadocia's largest cathedral, having been home to the Hittites, Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans at various times.
The final stop on our Green Tour was an onyx demonstration. Kapadokya is a Turkish stone shop. The Cappadocia region is home to a variety of unusual and interesting handicrafts that will captivate visitors. One of Cappadocia's pearls is onyx, a lesser-known natural stone. Craftsmanship is used to make stones into jewelry.
