General Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation with Cappazone Travel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all tours and activities offered by Cappazone Travel.

Reservations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at our office. When making a reservation, you will be required to provide your name, contact information, and payment information.

Payment

Payment for tours and activities is due at the time of reservation. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of cancellation.

Tours and Activities

Cappazone Travel offers a variety of tours and activities in Istanbul. Tours and activities are subject to change without notice.

Prices

Tours and activities prices are subject to change without notice.

Insurance

Cappazone Travel recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance can help cover costs in the event of cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and other unexpected events.

Liability

Cappazone Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during a tour or activity.
