Cappazone Travel is committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. This includes offering a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to make changes to your travel plans as needed.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
Exceptions
There are a few exceptions to our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your trip due to a medical emergency, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel your trip due to a force majeure event (such as a natural disaster or war), you may be eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel your trip due to a flight cancellation or delay, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Please note
- All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee and all cancellations must be made in writing to sales@cappadociatourbooking.com.
- Cancellations are not considered complete until you receive a written confirmation from Cappazone Travel.
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a trip.
- If you cancel your trip after the start of the trip, you will be responsible for all costs incurred up to that point.
